Doflamingo is the main antagonist character in Arc Dressrosa. Cause Doflamingo is the captain of the Donquixote Pirates then he is so powerful and has such great power. After Doflamingo was defeated by Luffy in his fight, he was later imprisoned in Impel Down and became a former shichibukai. Let's compare its strength against one of Big Mom's Pirates Commander, Charlotte Cracker. Charlotte Cracker is so strong that Luffy must be helped by Nami to defeat him. #1. Devil Fruit

Devil fruit owned by Charlotte Cracker is a type of devil fruit of a paramecia called Bisu Bisu no Mi. Bisu Bisu no Mi, allowing users to create and control biscuits at will. When Cracker uses his devil fruit capabilities, he looks so masterful and combined with his right strength. Cracker’s biscuits so hard that Luffy can not defeat him with Gear 2nd and Gear 3rd with haki weapons. Donquixote Doflamingo also has the devil fruit of the type of paramecia called Ito Ito no Mi. The power of this devil fruit allows usage to create and control the strings. With Awakening Mode, Doflamingo is so powerful in controlling the power of its strings. And to me, Doflamingo is superior to Cracker in terms of devil fruit powers.

#2. Ability to Fight

In terms of Cracker's fighting power is so skilful that he is able to corner Luffy even though Luffy uses his Gear 4th. Cracker is so skilled at using armament haki that he is able to hurt Luffy with his sword even though Luffy is in Gear Mode 4th. Cracker is able to track every Luffy Gear 4th movement and avoid it. Doflamingo can defeat Luffy in Gear 2nd and Gear 3rd modes. But in Gear 4th mode, Doflamingo is so difficult against Luffy. Doflamingo is a worse in using armament haki from Cracker. So Doflamingo will have trouble fighting Cracker.

#3. Haki

With regards to the haki, Cracker is seen as a master in using armament haki. He is able to make his Luffy's hand which is where Luffy in Gear 4th mode. It can be said that Cracker is one of the strongest users of armament haki in Anime One Piece. Even Luffy said that Cracker's armament haki are the strongest he ever saw. Doflamigo has three types of haki. The conqueror Haki of Doflamingo is so powerful but will have a great effect against a strong opponent like Cracker. The arsenal of Doflamingo is so bad compared to Cracker's. This can be seen when Law launches a sneak attack using his sword but Doflamingo stops the attack using his hand and Doflamingo's hand is injured. So it shows that Doflamingo haki is still weak when compared with Cracker's haki.

#4. Stamina

Cracker have so bad stamina. He wins against Luffy for relying on clones of the biscuits he made to block Luffy in battle. So that Cracker is so stamina because protected biscuit. By using the help of his biscuit as a shield then Cracker is able to fight for so long. Doflamingo has an excellent amount of stamina. After he defied Law twice, he fought Luffy. If Doflamingo's stamina is compared to Cracker then I conclude that the stamina is the same and probably almost the same. Remembering Doflamingo was able to rise from the ultimate attack of Gear 4th Luffy and Cracker's fight against Luffy for 11 hours.

#5. Fugitive Price and Position

Cracker fugitive price of 860 million Bellys and Doflamingo fugitive price of 340 million Bellys. Although the fugitive price does not reflect the strength of a person but in terms of Cracker position is superior if compared with Doflamingo. Cracker become one of Yonkou Big Mom's three strongest subordinates. If indeed Doflamingo is considered strong by Yonkou Kaido, Kaido called Disaster, but in fact not.
